The joist bracket system and round joist bracket system are both suitable for 2”x3”,4”,5”,6” timbers and offer equal support and functionality.
Round Joist Bracket System - comes with the required bolts to fix the bracket to the ground screw and position the adjustable L-bracket. This offers a solution for customers without an impact driver/combi drill.
Joist bracket system - requires 5.5mmx22mm self-tapping screws to be fixed to the ground screw. An impact driver/combi drill is required to use these brackets.
Delivery & Returns
We aim to deliver in 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a notification upon purchase and another notification when your order has shipped. If you would like to select a preferred delivery date please do so using our delivery date selection tool at checkout.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Flat rate £35+VAT (£42 inc. VAT) shipping fee.
Deliveries are made from 8 am - 6 pm on weekdays. You will receive a text message notification with your estimated delivery time slot on the day of delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please Contact Us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
